Stream alerts delay

Hi all,

I’m using Streamlabs for event alerts such as hosts, raids or follows. I also use Phantombot alerts to let me know what was the alert for as well as to welcome new follower or thank them for the hosting, etc. in chat .
Unfortunately, there is a substantial delay between the Streamlabs andthe Phantombot alert and as I would like to react accordingly, I have to wait until see in chat what was the alert for. I mean it’s not like 15 minutes or so but sometimes it’s like a minute and it varies. I know Phantombot pulls data from the API every 30 seconds so I’ve set my Streamlabs alerts delay to 30 seconds as I would prefer to display them after Phantombot but they are still delayed.
I’m wondering if there is any way to have Phantom displaying alerts info any earlier?
Thank you

The issue is that services like Twitch and Streamlabs generally cache the results of the API call for 30-60 seconds

Thanks a lot. Yeah I thought there is very limited control over that.
