Bot not detecting subscriber status

I have custom command “!%” with permission to only subs:
(writefile sub.txt, true, (echo) (sender)) (pointtouser) done
It was working ok, but for like month ago it stopped working correctly. Was using stable 3.0 build, switched to NB for possible fixes, still have same issue.
Example (user have active sub):
[10-24-2019 @ 21:05:49.232 GMT] godderwar: !% pokemon leaf green
[10-24-2019 @ 21:05:49.230 GMT] phyxmachine: @GodDerWar, you do not have access to that command. Only Subscriber or higher can access it.
Command is working only if sub have mod status on Twitch.
./handlers/subscribeHandler.js module is enabled.

Java Version: 1.8.0_121-b13
OS Version: Windows 10 10.0 (amd64)
Panel Version: 1.0.0
PhantomBot Version: 3.0.0-NB-20191022 (Revision: ae11871)
Stock PhantomBot: Yes

Still no suggestions why this happening?

Same. The bot automatically sees only moderators. Founder and subscribers do not receive the subscribers status. VIPs don’t get VIPs at NB

With a stable version, everything is OK, it only applies to NB

+1 Stable Version not syncing subs

I tried stable now. Generated a new database, but the bot of the subscribers from the chat does not see.
However, in addons/subs.txt subscribers the bot writes.

Same for me. I checked the logs with debugon and it seems that twitch is not sending the correct tags:

IRCv3 Tags: {user-type=, tmi-sent-ts=…, mod=0, subscriber=0, color=#CC9600, turbo=0, user-id=…

The user is a sub, thus, it should say subscriber=1. However the event from twitch says subscriber=0…

My subs have “subscriber=1”, but they still are not added to the panel
